Neticon, a digital marketing agency that operates in the luxury and fashion industry, is looking for a Digital and Social Media Executive to join our highly successful team that is expanding rapidly and continuously. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious digital marketer to help us drive full integration across our client portfolio.



The perfect candidate will be responsible for Social Media activities alongside the SEM campaign creation. The key strengths within this role includes implementing,maintaining,monitoring and  optimizing social media campaigns with a particular focus on Instagram and Facebook.Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for translating the business goals into strategies and actions within a balanced Media Mix as well as coordinating activities, communicating and reporting to the client directly. The candidate will respond to the head of digital marketing.



  • Develop and own Social Media activities and define strategy for achieving clients’ objectives while managing the budget given
  • Ability to organised and coordinate Social Media activities with respect to deadlines
  • Identify the most relevant Social Media campaign type for achieving the clients’ objective
  • Ability to identify the most relevant audience in each stage of the conversion funnel
  • Constantly monitoring and optimizing Social Media KPIs towards agreed objectives
  • Identify requirements for all creative assets (i.e. copy creation, banner ads understanding)and implement activities with new ads format
  • Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and campaigns based on historical performance
  • Elaborating and supervising qualitative and/or quantitative measurement reports
  • Manage the clients’ request on daily bases as well as participating in meeting and QBRs
  • Collaborate with other member of the team on SEM activities (i.e. campaign creation for Google and Bing)
  • Ability to work independently once strategy and direction are defined
  • Understand relevant dynamics in the fashion and luxury industry which allow clients to anticipate trends



  • Experience with Facebook Pixel and tag management tools
  • Understanding ofGoogle Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Build Data Studio Reports
  • Microsoft Office pack expertise
  • Excellentverbal and written skills in Italian and English
  • Ability to developstrong professional relationships and manage expectations with customers, department leaders, and fellow employees
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines



  • Facebook Blueprint (certified media planning orbuying) is a plus
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics Certifications



  • 2 or more years working as Social Media marketer, experience in PPC is a plus
  • Experience working in fashion/luxury business sector is preferred
  • Experience implementing Digital Marketing strategies in B2C multinational, multilanguage sales environment is preferred
